Enjoy your stay in our spacious holiday home with a floor area of 195 m2. Our home benefits from 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 13 guests with 12 beds and a babybed , Two bathrooms, large living room , eating kitchen , hobby / playroom , a huge south - facing balcony and garden. Free unlimited Wifi Broadband , digital satelllte - TV and dvd player available (Please have a closer look at the photos).
Our place is ideal for larger families ( with children of all ages ) and for groups of friends ( e.g. Oktoberfest !! ) .
Also - international - business travellers have found the fast and easy connection ( by car or train ) to the Munich Messe and the city of Munich very convenient.
Dietramszell is a lovely and traditional bavarian village , centrally located between the capital Munich , the spa town of Bad Tolz , the Lake Starnberg , the Alps and the mountain lake Tegernsee. The opportunities for sightseeing , culture , history , sport and leisure are endless in all seasons. Visiting Munich by car takes max. 30 minutes ( 35km ).
Our village offers a grocery shop, two bakeries, banks (ATM), post office and authentic bavarian restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, all within a 5 minutes walk.
Up to 12 guests - plus a babybed at no cost - are most welcome for a minimum stay of 2 nights. From Euro100 (low season) to Euro 145 (high season) per night for the first 2 guests . Each extra guest Euro 22 per night ( Please request rates for Oktoberfest , the festive season and Easter ).

" The space was just what we needed. We were in town to enjoy the Oktoberfest. To get to the festival it was about an hour bus/train ride. It was nice coming back from the festival to enjoy the German country side. We went to a local restaurant for dinner and beers and it was delicious. The local market has limited hours, but they have most anything that you would need. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for us. Would highly recommend! "
